My First Steps to Health

Well, hello there! Let me introduce myself. (Yes, you can probably go to the About Me section and find out everything, but why not give myself another opportunity to talk about myself :p )

I am Katherine. And this is my weight-loss blog.

This is my attempt to hold myself accountable. Give me something to post and track my progress, and let my friends and family check in and give me advice and positive reinforcement. (so, yes, please send me comments and emails. I give you permission. GO GO GO!)

It may be boring at first, so bare with me until I get my bearings! My goal with this blog is to track my FitBit, use MyFitnessPal to track my caloric intake, and take lots of beautiful pictures. We will see how it evolves while I go along!
