Day 3

Exercise:

60 Squats

Breakfast:

Siggi's Icelandic Skyr-Strained Style Yogurt (my favorite, expensive but a nice splurge!)

Honeydew Melon, 177g

1/2 medium organic banana (Squeaky ate the other half...)

Filter coffee with Thin Mint creamer

Calories: 257

Lunch:

4 Devilled Egg halves (my own recipe with dijon mustard and balsamic mayo)

Mixed Salad with Carrots and Olive oil/Balsamic dressing

Calories: 219

Dinner:

Pizza Hut Pepperoni Pizza slice (rectangular) (leftovers :( )

Broccoli Florets (I kid you not... 3 1/2 cups)

Calories: 370

Snacks:

1/2 cup cottage cheese

Filter coffee with York peppermint creamer (You can tell... I love mint)

Homemade Kale Lemonade (Recipe on my Blog!)

Almased shake with almond milk (I hear this is good for beauty sleep... let's try it!)

Calories: 346

Day Total: 1,224 calories.
