Lunch:

Mixed Spring Mix Salad with Grilled Flank Steak (3 oz)

2 tbsp Balsalmic Olive Oil Vinaigrette

1 hard boiled egg

Total: 306 calories

Dinner:

1 scoop Right Size smoothie mix (This stuff tastes like cake, I swear. So good.)

14 oz almond milk

10 Ranier cherries

177g canteloupe

Total: 253 calories

Snack:

Chobani Greek yogurt with Passionfruit on the Bottom

Options Mint Hot Chocolate with Almond Milk

Baby carrots with Greek Style Yogurt Feta and Dill dressing

Crescent Roll

Total: 413 calories

Day Total: 1,282 calories.
