Day 2

Exercise:

10 minutes of jogging up and down stairs

55 squats (trying to keep up with the Squat Challenge!)

Calories: +283

Breakfast:

1 1/2 cups of filter coffee with Thin Mint creamer

Chocolate Chex Cereal with unsweetened almond milk (suggested serving size is only 3/4 cup! I have to admit, I have been splurging waaaay too much there!)

Chobani Apple Cinnamon Greek yogurt

Calories: 348

Lunch:

Pizza Hut Pepperoni Pizza slice (rectangular) (trying to get rid of leftovers while snowed in!)

Mixed Spring Mix Salad with carrots and balsamic/olive oil vinaigrette

Calories: 284

Dinner:

3 oz flank steak

1 medium potato, roasted with Pam Butter flavor spray

Steamed broccoli cuts

1 tbsp balsamic mayonnaise (for potatoes!)

Calories: 435

Snacks:

1 bag Orville Redenbacher's Slightly Salted All Natural Popcorn (This stuff is AWESOME!)

1/2 cup cottage cheese

Calories: 280

Day Total: 1,347
