Lunch:

Lentil Soup

4 halves Devilled Eggs

Spring mix Salad with carrots and Olive oil/Balsamic Vinaigrette

Kale Lemonade

Calories: 382

Dinner:

Pan-fried Talapia (with Pam spray)

3-Bean Salad (my best friend's creation with Garbanzos, Black beans, kidney beans, cucmbers, lemon juice, and seasonings... very yummy!)

Calories: 248

Snacks:

Chobani Greek Yogurt- Black Cherry

Cottage Cheese

Reduced-fat Cheeze-its (get this... 29 squares = 130 calories!)

No-Sugar added fudgesicle

Calories: 420

Total Calories: 1,294
