14oz Almond Milk Lightly sweetened

Filter coffee with York peppermint creamer

Lunch:

2 eggs over medium with corned beef hash and sauteed peppers

1 tbsp ketchup

Calories: 353

Dinner:

Chili's Light Choices Steak and broccoli with pico di gallo

1 oz Citrus balsamic vinaigrette

Diet Coke

Calories: 375

Snacks:

No-sugar added Fudgesicle

4 Dolma

40g Raisins and 1/2 oz pecans

Calories: 385

Total Calories: 1,380
