Soft boiled egg with a slice of GF toast

Filter coffee with York peppermint creamer

Lunch

3-Bean Salad

Small salad with steak

Lemon juice with olive oil and Za'atar spice

Calories: 352

Dinner:

1/3 Margarita Flatbread (This is decievingly calorific! 483 cal just for a THIRD!)

Chili's Light Choice Steak and Broccoli

Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette

Coke Zero

Calories: 858

Snacks:

Vitamin Water XXX

Reduced Fat Cheeze-Its

Dark Chocolate Almonds

Sugar-Free Red Bull

Calories: 370

Total Calories: 1,757
